(8) Week Summer In-Season Program for College & High School Position Players.

This program is custom and available to be started at 2 different dates to fit each player's summer schedule. June 3rd or June 10th

Position players are put on the back burner when it comes to focusing on proper arm care and strength during the season so we are making our in-season program available to all position players.

Included are specific programs for the following:

mobility, dynamic warmups,  arm care, throwing program, and in-season lifting program. 

Players enrolled in this program that are local to our facility will have access to use our NEW, PRIVATE, State of the Art Toss Boss Studio, which is located on the second floor of our facility.

(8) Week Summer Off-Season Program for College & High School Pitchers.

This program is custom and available to be started at 3 different dates to fit each player's schedule. June 3rd, June 10th, or June 17th

Pitchers who typically throw in the area of 60+ innings during their Spring season enroll in our summer program as it's specifically designed for training pitchers during their off-season to prepare the body for their fall seasons.

Each pitcher will received a full body screening/analysis from our onsite performance physical therapy doctors as well as a 4D motion analysis of their pitching mechanics and 2 Rapsodo sessions with Coach Chad Schell. Coach Matt Sanders will be hands on with each player helping them along the way during their 8 week program.

This program is for the players looking to get serious about their throwing velocity. Players that follow this specific program WILL see increases from 4-8mph! We teach the long term velocity gain...not short term. Click the button for more information. Next program will start in November of 2024.
